Duane grew up in Trinidad and has a long-standing love for rum and Caribbean food. He has merged those two worlds and brought the feeling of the Caribbean to the centre of Stockholm.

Mastering the art of sourdough is no easy feat. We share Lasse’s story as he tells a tale of hard work, persistence and openness to passing the torch of hard-earned knowledge to those who are willing to listen (to their sourdoughs).
